Dennis D. McDonald is a management consultant with special interests in project management, process improvement, information technology, IT department management strategy, and intellectual property management. Dr. McDonald has nearly 25 years’ experience in research, project management, and consulting company ownership. He has managed or participated in projects related to customer communications, customer system consolidation, cost-benefit analysis of copyright formalities, technology product marketing strategy, automation of scholarly publication, application portfolio consolidation, online parts catalogs, and call center system strategy. He earned his BA in Psychology at the Ohio State University and his MLS and PhD in Library and Information Science at the University of Maryland.
